This competition, Sterstatus, is all about the glitz and glam, luxury lifestyle and what you need to promote yourself and your sponsors in the limelight.
It is all about how to build your own brand while simultaneously growing and promoting the brand of your partners and sponsors. Great mentors will give training and workshops to all contestants in group format throughout the competition to help and empower them to understand what is needed to win, and to give them tools to further their own career in the entertainment industry, regardless if they win or not.

SterStatus empowers women to realize their ambition and build self-confidence, acting as a catalyst for future success. The SterStatus community is a sisterhood that is committed to uplifting and empowering one another.
So much happens behind the scenes. Candidates engage in an exciting range of leadership activities that include executive and communications workshops, branding and media coaching. These women join an incredible network of former winners and mentors. And the bonds created between candidates lead to lifelong friendships.

What are we
looking for in a SterStatus winner?
The qualities we look for in our candidates is a talented individual that is driven, organised and self-motivated to work hard and use all the opportunities available to become successful. She is a confident woman, comfortable with speaking and a future influencer. During your reign, you will be spending lots of time engaging with sponsors, attending events, photoshoots and meeting and interacting with the right people across the board in the entertainment industry.
Our Charity winner needs to have a caring heart, she is compassionate and well organised. She fearlessly uses her voice for the charitable cause

Robin Pullen
Robin Pullen mindSHIFT Coach is a Neuro-Semantics NLP practitioner, and professional coach with a focus on personal mastery and professional development. He is known as a trusted advisor who practices as a published author, executive coach, master trainer, seasoned intervention facilitator, and professional speaker. Robin’s work as a thought leader and behavior management expert reaches over 13 countries and has touched the lives of more than 180’000 people across Africa and from around the world.
Octavia Ephraim
Octavia Ephraim has 13 yrs. corporate experience in Fiduciary Industry. In 2011 she left corporate to launch her business called OCTAPEAR Image Consulting.
In 2013 she had an honor to represent South Africa at Mrs. International in Chicago.
In 2016 she walked 257 Km in just 10 days at Tankwa Camino Challenge in aid of Freedom Challenge Africa raising funds and awareness to End Human trafficking. This year in October she will be climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania for this same cause.
She is Child Welfare Tshwane Ambassador, B-Loved Foundation Board Member & 67 Blankets Ambassador.

From film and television screens, to national advertising campaigns, David Konrad`s career has proved to be as diverse as his range as a performer. For more than 20 years, he’s been lending his talents as a professional actor and performer to projects in the global entertainment and advertising industries. David is the official performance coach for SterStatus on Via.
Natasha Menino-Costa
Natasha is the owner of Ace Models Vaal, Ace Models Vaal is a Modeling and development school for young girls and boys from the age of 3 years old. We are a PROFESSIONAL branch part of an incredible franchise based all over South Africa, Namibia and Australia.
